Pets

• Dogs under 15 kg allowed

• Pets cannot access the shared areas (restaurant, bar, SPA, pool etc.)

• € 14.00 surcharge per dog per night

• Please, let us know at the time of booking if you are traveling with a pet so that we may assign you an adequate room.

• Dogs are not allowed in the Exclusive SPA Suite and the Wellness Suite.

Payment

• Credit card as a guarantee or 30% Security Deposit and balance at time of arrival

• Credit cards accepted: American Express, Visa, Euro/MasterCard and CartaSì

• Terms and Conditions: Plaza Hotel reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card prior to arrival by requesting a pre-authorization through the payment circuit.

• Tourist tax is not included (€ 3,00 per day per person for a maximum of 7 nights).

Cancellation policy

• Upon final confirmation of booking, we request a credit card as a guarantee or a security deposit of 30% of the total amount of your stay. The security deposit is request for high season periods, such as Easter, New Year's Eve, Long weekends and Ferragosto.

• Low and Medium Season
  In the case of cancellation or changes to your booking: until 12.00 am of the 3rd day prior to arrival there is no charge.
  From 12:00 am of the 2nd day prior to arrival, at no show 30% of the total cost of the stay is charged.

• High Season
  In case of cancellation or change to the booking:
  Until 12:00 am of 7th day prior to arrival, there is no charge.
  From 12:00 am of the 6th day prior to arrival, at no show 30% of the total cost of the stay is charged.

• New Year's Eve
  In case of cancellation or modification of the reservation:
  No costs will be retained until 11.59pm on the 14th day before arrival.
  From 00.00 of the 13th day to 11.59pm of the 7th day before arrival, 30% of the booking value will be charged or the deposit paid will be retained.
  From 00.00 on the 6th day before arrival, 100% of the booking value will be charged or the deposit paid will be retained.
  In case of no show, 100% of the cost of the entire stay will be charged or the deposit paid will be retained.

• The Hotel reserves the right apply cancellation policies different from those listed above. They will be notified at the time of booking.
